Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tree Climber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree climbing, pruning, and maintenance, with a keen eye for safety and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removal tasks safely and efficiently.

• Assess tree health and recommend appropriate care or treatment.

• Operate and maintain climbing equipment and tools.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tree climber or arborist.

• Knowledge of tree species, pruning techniques, and pest management.

• Proficiency in using climbing gear, ropes, and safety equipment.

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Certification in arboriculture or related field is a plus.

• Must have a valid driver license (CDL is a plus).

Job Title: Groundman

Location: Pilot Mountain, NC

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Groundman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in being a team player, self-motivated, be able to work with little to no supervision and have a keen eye for safety and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tree trimming, removals, and clean-up tasks.

• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other landscaping equipment.

• Load and unload tools, equipment and debris.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Support climbers from the ground, including rigging and rope work.

• Communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in tree service, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Proficiency in using ropes, and safety equipment.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor.

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

• Must have a valid driver license (CDL is a plus).
